If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to a printing or production error from Printdura, please report the issue within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Upon verification, we will either reprint your item(s) or issue a refund to your wallet, based on your preference. Please note that while we cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear, we will gladly address any printing defects or production errors.
